The outdoor LED display screen has a large area. The planning of its steel structure should consider many factors such as foundation, wind load, earthquake magnitude, waterproof, dustproof, ambient temperature, lightning protection, etc. Auxiliary equipment such as power distribution cabinet, air conditioner, axial flow fan and lighting shall be placed in the steel structure, as well as repair equipment such as catwalk and ladder. All outdoor screen structures shall meet the protection grade below IP65. In general, the considerations for outdoor LED electronic screen equipment requirements include:
(1) When the electronic screen equipment is outdoors, it is often exposed to the sun and rain, and the dust cover is blown by the wind. The operating environment is bad. If electronic equipment is wetted or severely damped, it will cause short circuit and even fire, resulting in failure and even fire, resulting in loss.
(2) The electronic screen may be attacked by strong electricity and strong magnetism caused by lightning.
(3) The ambient temperature changes greatly. When the electronic screen works, it will generate certain heat. If the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is poor, the integrated circuit may not work normally, or even be burned, so that the display system cannot work normally.
(4) Wide audience, long horizon and wide horizon; The ambient light changes greatly, especially if it is exposed to direct sunlight.
For the above special requirements, outdoor electronic screen equipment must:
(1) The screen body and its junction with the building must be strictly waterproof and leak proof; The screen body should have an outstanding drainage method, so that the accumulated water can be discharged smoothly in case of an attack.
(2) Lightning protection equipment shall be installed on electronic screen and buildings. The main body and shell of the electronic screen shall be well grounded, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 3 Ω, so that the large current caused by lightning can be discharged in time.
(3) The equipment and ventilation equipment shall be cooled to keep the internal temperature of the screen between – 10 ℃ and 40 ℃. The axial flow fan above the back of the screen discharges heat.
